Arrival
All personnel arriving at the Arrival Center, must be registered and notified at least three working days prior to their arrival. Upon arrival at the Arrival Center, everyone must present valid identification.
Open on weekdays from 07:00 to 15:00.

The room key and any wardrobe key must be handed in to the reception, as well as any luggage that must be stored during the free period. Lost keys will be invoiced to your company.
Luggage storage (for storage over 24 hours):
Employees who go home during their time off and know they will be coming back after the break can store one bag per person at the reception (limited to work attire, no valuables). Note that plastic bags or similar containers are not allowed. Please ensure your bag is properly labeled with your name and company.
All companies that have residents in camp are invited to barracks meetings that are held regularly. Contact reception to register for barracks meetings.
Transportation
Bus routes operate between the camps and Leirvik town center throughout the day. Visit the Skyss website for detailed schedules and route information.
Rules & safety
Camp regulations
Violation of the rules may result in demobilization or other disciplinary action in accordance with Aker Solutions’ regulations.
- The storage and use of alcohol is prohibited.
- Storage of narcotic substances and drug paraphernalia is prohibited.
- Smoking must only take place in designated outdoor areas.
- Cooking and the use of open flames in the room are prohibited.
- Inappropriate behaviour towards employees shall not occur.
- Work clothes must not be stored in a room, but in a designated wardrobe or pocket room.
- Fishing inside the shipyard area is not allowed.
- The use and flying of drones is not permitted over Aker Solutions’ area, this applies to both the camp area and the shipyard area.
