Camp Akerhus

Welcome to Camp Akerhus, our central accommodation facility with 1,042 comfortable rooms. This main camp serves as our operational hub with 24/7 reception services, on-site canteen, and comprehensive recreational facilities including cinema, gym, and common areas.

Camp Akerhus provides essential accommodation for your work at Aker Solutions Stord. Following camp procedures and safety protocols ensures smooth operations and allows you to focus on your important work in the energy sector.

Arrival
All personnel arriving at the Arrival Center, must be registered and notified at least three working days prior to their arrival. Upon arrival at the Arrival Center, everyone must present valid identification.

Open on weekdays from 07:00 to 15:00.

The room key and any wardrobe key must be handed in to the reception, as well as any luggage that must be stored during the free period. Lost keys will be invoiced to your company.

Luggage storage (for storage over 24 hours):
Employees who go home during their time off and know they will be coming back after the break can store one bag per person at the reception (limited to work attire, no valuables). Note that plastic bags or similar containers are not allowed. Please ensure your bag is properly labeled with your name and company.

All companies that have residents in camp are invited to barracks meetings that are held regularly. Contact reception to register for barracks meetings.
